ERS Gold Award Winner – Train4All
Congratulations are in order for BFRS members, Train4All who have received the Gold ERS award in recognition of all of the hard work they have done for the Armed Forces Community.
This award is given to those who have shown a consistent dedication to supporting those resettling from the Forces for example they have provided at least 10 days’ additional leave for training, fully paid, to the Reservist employees.
There are many factors that lead into an organisation recieveing an ERS award so the fact that Train4All have managed to get the gold is incredible!
Some words from Train4All:
“Wow what a night! On Thursday we were delighted to have been presented with the Gold ERS Award at Britannia Royal Naval College in Dartmouth. We are incredibly proud of this achievement, the entire T4A team work tirelessly to support our Armed Forces and will continue to do so.”
“A huge thank you must also go to the Wessex RFCA team for their help and support as always, such a fab night.”
They now proudly display all three of their ERS awards showing a clear journey and dedication to supporting the members of the Armed Forces Community. We at BFRS appreciate the pride they take in their work and hope we can coninue to work with a company like this.
