Job Description

YHA Bristol are looking to compliment their catering team with two dynamic individuals who can run the day to day aspects of our kitchen in this busy city centre hostel.  We are looking for people with chef or cook type experience who can work as part of a team or lone working at times too.

We serve a buffet style breakfast in the morning for individuals and groups, prepare buffet lunches for conferences and deliver them refreshments throughout the day. In the evenings we cook and serve dinner to groups of hungry students staying in our hostels.

We operate a busy cafe during the day and into the evening, and need to prepare fresh pizzas for our reception team to cook and serve out of hours when our kitchen is closed.

We are looking ideally for two people to cover 25+hours per week covering shifts such as 6:30am-2:30pm & 12:30pm-8:30pm/9pm, including weekend work.  We pay £10.00 per hour plus great benefits package
