For 15 years, British Forces Resettlement Services (BFRS) has supported the Armed Forces Community through one of the most significant transitions of their lives, moving from military to civilian careers.

We exist because transition can be overwhelming.

Employers can struggle to understand the true value of military experience. Families need clarity and support. And the Armed Forces Community deserves a trusted place to find real opportunities.

BFRS is the UK’s leading network for the Armed Forces Community.

We bring together employers, training providers, service leavers, veterans, reservists, and families across a nationwide programme of career fairs, digital services, and year-round support.
