Job Description

This is a vital role that will play an important part in helping us promote The Openwork Partnership's values, through providing the financial advisers we work in partnership with key information to allow them to make decisions around their client’s needs.

The purpose of the Centralised Data Analysis & Data Gathering Consultant is to work with the appropriate product providers to complete data gathering on behalf of The Openwork Partnership financial advisers and provide a cost analysis for Legacy Asset cases submitted for analysis, working within our agreed Service Levels.

We are looking for someone who has a good working knowledge of Pensions and Investments, is able to demonstrate agile and collaborative working and has experience of pipeline management to join our fast paced team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Analysing product information received to complete a cost analysis and produce a draft client report for the introducing adviser.

- Regularly following up with the adviser and/or providers where there are outstanding requirements.

- Working in collaboration with The Openwork Partnership's financial advisers to ensure that their requirements are met, which allows them to provide suitable advice.

- Ensuring all work is completed compliantly and within agreed service level agreements.

- Identifying and championing improvements to team processes and procedures.
