Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Eastern Regional Special Operations Unit (ERSOU) as a HMPPS Counter Corruption Investigator.

Applications are invited from substantive Detective Constables for a role within Eastern Regional Special Operations Unit (ERSOU) for vacancies on the Prisons Intelligence Unit (PIU).

ERSOU PIU support HMPPS Counter Corruption within prison establishments to conduct investigations into referred corruption cases through the agreed tasking.

The post is open to Detective Constables that have a proven track record in dealing with serious and complex criminal investigations. An ideal candidate would understand counter corruption / SOC and/or HMPPS intelligence. Have experience of working with partner agencies
