We are a multi-professional team which consists of Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Support Workers and Advanced Nurse Practitioners. We are a dynamic, forward thinking team with a strong emphasis on teaching and development.
Our remit is to reduce hospital admissions by caring for people who became clinically unwell at home and who historically would have been admitted to hospital. We also work closely with secondary care with facilitating early discharge. Our pace is fast moving and our clinical caseload is diverse and variable.
We are looking for Band 5 Nurses who are interested in joining our Rapid Response Teams across the city to help us meet the above challenges. You will work in a supportive environment where we are committed to supporting ongoing clinical development and education. We will guide and nurture you through acquiring new and developing existing acute clinical skills.

Our open day will give you an opportunity to meet our Nurses and clinical management team, learning first-hand about Rapid Response nursing and what working in any of the Rapid Response teams is really like.
The open day will run from 10:00 – 13:00 and is based at the North Bristol Intermediate Care Centre.
The day will run as an open ‘drop in’ event so where you can come along and look around the base and meet the team at any time throughout the open day.
