BFRS are working with Gov Facility Services Ltd (GFSL) to present an exclusive GFSL Insight Day on May 16th at HMP Highdown, Woodmansterne, SM2 5PJ. This event offers members of the Armed Forces Community a unique chance to explore career opportunities within GFSL across various HMP facilities in the southern region.

Established in 2018, GFSL is a not-for-profit company that delivers the Facilities Maintenance (FM) service at 49 prisons across the South of England on behalf of His Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS).

The work we do is essential to the smooth day-to-day running and longer-term operation of the Prison Service which, as part of the criminal and civil justice systems, is there to help rehabilitate offenders and create the foundations for a safe, fair and prosperous society.
