Steve served with the Royal Engineers prior to transitioning in to work with TIB.

Why would you recommend TIB work to suitable friends and former colleagues?

TIB is a friendly agency to work for and you can choose your assignments. 

How does TIB work fit alongside your other commitments?

It suits me, as I like being out of the house and getting lots of exercise.

Describe your experience of the school teams that you have worked alongside.

I have found the staff at schools to be friendly and valuing the input that you bring with you 

Do you feel that you are making a difference to the schools you have supported? 

I definitely feel that I've made a difference to the schools I have supported. Sometimes teachers have been waiting a long time for tasks to be done and they notice when they are sorted.
