Are you seeking a new Associate HR Business partner opportunity within a fast paced organisation? Then look no further. We now have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced HR professional to support our functional units and freight forwarding teams on a 12 month fixed term contract. We are a flexible and forward thinking business; you’ll be able to work from home most of the time with some time spent at other sites including our East Midlands Gateway site and Birmingham branch.
Your Role:
You’ll be working as part of a team, working in an agile manner, acting as a trusted business partner to our business, across all levels of the organisation to achieve our strategic and commercially advantageous HR agenda that delivers our organisational aims.
Your Responsibilities:
- Builds trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business and deliver support to enable the success of the business and workforce plans. You’ll also support the business to implement and embed change management and organisational design.
- Participate in key projects as required, including acting as HR lead on cross Business Unit/Functional unit deliverables.
- Lead and help continually develop the HR vision, including role modelling great personal and team ethics.
- Work in a fully flexible and agile manner to support the HR team across the complete employee lifecycle, with a particular bias towards Employee Relations (ER). Develop and maintain good relations (informal and formal) with the recognised Trade Union.
